Methodologies
- Seed 6.8 x 103/cm2 cells onto RepCell and tissue culture treated dish.
- Cells are harvested by temperature reduction for RepCell (20℃, 30min) and trypsin (37℃, 3min).
- Incubate detached cells with PE antibody for 1 hours at 4℃, followed by analysis with FC500 (Beckman Coulter).
